I know it may seem difficult to narrow it down to just 10, however through my experience, if most people in society simply do the following they generally achieve amazing results:
- Reduce your overall carbohydrate intake, particularly sugars and starches
- Reduce your carbohydrate intake as the day progresses
- Increase your protein intake
- Reduce your intake of saturated fat
- Eat sufficient amounts of good fat each day
- Eat five to six small meals per day
- Follow a structured resistance training program at least once every week
- Perform cardiovascular exercise before breakfast at least three times per week
- Perform cardiovascular exercise no less than two to three hours after eating
- Wait an hour to eat after exercise (but no longer).
